Nursery

We strive to provide an enjoyable and refreshing church environment. At Central Baptist Church we provide a nursery for children ages newborn to 4 years of age. Our nursery is well staffed by qualified workers and is kept clean and stocked with toys! Your child will only be returned to the parent who drops them off. Caring for children is of the utmost priority here at Central.

Children's Ministry

"Suffer little children, and forbid them not to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven." ~ Matt 19:14

During the Sunday school hour, Children learn about God in a way that is relevant to them through the study of God’s Word and the use of visual, interactive illustrations. Ample time is given for questions from the students so that they are able to fully understand what is being taught to them. The children participate in quizzes, do work-book materials, and readily become involved in the classroom-activities.

Sunday School is an exciting time at Central Baptist Church! The classes are designed to educate and encourage the listener while elevating the Saviour and His Word! The classes are structured by age and the lessons are prepared with that in mind, to help enhance the understanding of Bible truths. Our Adult class, taught by Pastor Ferren, covers current issues facing the home and family of today. We invite you to come and be a part of Sunday School again! 

Soul-Winning Ministry

"For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do." ~ Eph 2:10

At Central Baptist Church we believe in carrying out the Great Commission! The primary mission of the church is to reach the lost with the good news of the Gospel message! We use many different methods and resources to accomplish this great task but never change the message. We are told in the Scriptures that man has a living soul and this soul will live for eternity. The question is where? Showing and telling others that they have a choice in where their soul will reside for eternity is our mission!

World Missions

"Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few;"
~ Matthew 9:37

Our mission is to obey the command of the Lord Jesus Christ to take the gospel to the uttermost parts of the earth. Every member of the church has the responsibility to be a part of world evangelism through prayer, giving, and going. Jesus Christ has commanded that we pray to the Lord of the harvest, that He would send forth laborers into His harvest.
